Five account types — each person gets exactly the right view
Spoteca has a role for everyone in your school. Super-Admins own the platform settings. Admins run day-to-day ops. Teachers see their own schedule and pay. Students track their lessons and progress. Guardians (parents) have a dedicated portal to follow their child.
Everything in the account management module
Super-Admin account
Full school ownership: pricing plans, curriculum setup, analytics, broadcasts, audit log and platform-level settings — the top-level control panel.
Admin account
Day-to-day school management: enrol students, schedule lessons, manage rooms, track payments, send messages and view reports.
Teacher account
Teachers see their own weekly schedule, assigned students, lesson notes and monthly pay summary — nothing they don't need.
Student account
Students can log in to view upcoming lessons, payment status, attendance history, progress journey and messages from their teacher.
Guardian (parent) portal
Parents get their own login. They see their child's schedule, payments and progress — separately from the student's own account.
In-app messaging
Every role can message within Spoteca. Teachers message parents. Admins broadcast announcements. All conversations are logged in one place.
